The room was spacious. It was super clean and cozy!

The staff was unfriendly. They were also unaccommodating. I told a client to drop by with a business proposal. I gave his vehicle details to the reception. When he arrived, the security did not have his details. They did not let him in. I lost a great deal. I am furious.

east coast gem, a relaxing escape

friendly chefs cultural experience dietary needs

this was my first time at this resort. my extended family vacation was great for two nights. the chefs were friendly and chatty. (i appreciate that kind of hospitality.) we had some dietary needs that they kindly accommodated. there was a special evening with local foods and malaysian games, a very nice cultural experience.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay!

The staff were polite and always tried to. The food quality was great and I especially enjoyed the themed nights. I am also grateful to the staff who helped find my daughter's lost phone. Their effort made our vacation lovely.

The room's soundproofing was not good. I could clearly hear the guests upstairs walking on the floorboards. If my neighbors smoked, the smell permeated into my room.

The resort features two main restaurants that offer a good selection of authentic food. Themed nights, like the Satay night, add a special touch to the dining experience. Chef Ann and her team guide guests through the menus. The steamboat offered a great variety of super fresh fish.

The resort boasts a clean beach and a lovely pool area, which provides a refreshing escape. I participated in a cookery class and a market visit, both led by MK. Scuba diving refresher courses are available and are professional.

The Serambi Double or Twin Room was spacious. The resort includes mosquito spray and balm in the rooms. Fresh water is provided in the room and at the pool. The room was very well equipped with a fabulous view of the sea.
